FUEL CELL TRAINING SYSTEM WITH REAL TIME APPLICATION

The computerized PEM Fuel cell training system has been designed to allow the student to understand the fuel cells technology and Real time Application like EV Battery charging, EV motor Application.

Unit is supplied with a fuel cell stack, DC to DC converter, EV Motor and loading, EV Battery charging Provision, Output parameters monitoring and acquiring.

PEM Fuel cell stack (MODELS: 1000W) provide with self- humidification option. Note: No need any humidification process.
≥ 99.999% Purity Prefilled Hydrogen cylinder (47 ltr Capacity) Provide to smooth run for PEM Fuel cell.
DC to DC Converter Provide to converted stable Voltage like 48V or 72V
Hydrogen leak detectors provide for real time leak monitoring for leaks real the stack and gas line. In case leak detected the system audible alarm or safety shutdown.
EV Motor with loading system provide for PEM fuel cell Application.
EV Battery charging Provision provide - 48V Battery or 72V Battery.
Setup Fixed in aluminium profile table.
Real time parameters monitoring and acquire through software (LIKE fc Power, loading/Charging power, Hydrogen pressure, temperature, flow rate).
Powerful and user friendly standard software provide to monitoring and acquiring parameters.
